I've googled installing on Server 2019, but haven't had any luck getting it installed.

Update the AppX Package Deployment software via Microsoft Store or its equivalent in Windows Server 2019. Then once winget is updated (or installed) run the following command:

winget install Microsoft.WinDbg

@<bdi>olivierlambert</bdi> If this works for andsmith then it may be worth documenting this, for future users of Windows Server 2019, 2022 and possibly if required the upcoming Windows Server 2025.
