How to manage XOSTOR SRs (add/remove)

Hi. I've read through documentation but can't seem to find any way to add nodes to an XOSTOR, or how to add additional storage devices to existing nodes and use them within XOSTOR.
I'm also looking for some details on how failure of a storage device can be resolved online (or offline) and how failure of a node can be resolved, all without risking data loss.
Absolutely incredible use of technology here, all of the Vates team deserve rounds of applause!
