You can connect, if it will let you, though it may need to be on domain, from another computer. Just open event viewer, click Action, connect to another computer. I would suggest connecting before it crashes and then let it run. You can then save the logs to your local desktop. This will get you a better picture hopefully. Also see if it answers a ping. If it does then the remote shutdown may give you a better way of turning it off. Have you tried remote desktop to it? I have seen the the local explorer die but the vm is still running.

ok when you look at the hosts and then patches it states they are up to date. But before you select the host there is an ! and it is requesting a reboot. Thank you Olivier!

yes, in XO. The bottom of the dashboard states no patches found, but said that within 5 seconds of me clicking pool update.

@olivierlambert Problem I have is that I cant migrate the vm's off to update the hosts.

VM migrate with XO is locked up, can't cancel the request, cant shutdown vm, can't even power state the vm.
How do you clear the tasks and no the web gui cancel does not work, nor does the cancel in XCP-ng center?
