We are still getting this error when trying to create a VBD using XENAPI

raise Failure(result['ErrorDescription'])
Failure: ['VM_BAD_POWER_STATE', 'Plugged VBD creation only allowed for suspended VM']

This is on XCP-ng 8.1
We tried to update using but same issue

yum makecache
yum update

I am actually new to XOSTOR and I have very basic questions to begin with.
Does it support only Pools ? Can we attach such SR on many independent XCP-ng hosts?
