I've been using XenServer for years. My own company runs two pools of hosts and is responsible for the maintenance of a bunch of other installations.
I've sponsored the startup of XCP-ng and I'll probably help out if I can to keep the project going. I had a real problem when Citrix decided to all of a sudden significantly reduce their free offering. I'm very excited to see the project get up to steam.
