@danp I can, but again, why when I don't have to with the alternatives. I quite like XCP and XOA, but all this faffing around to administer a single instance, makes me reticent to start migrating the other nodes off proxmox.
I'll check back in and try running it again in a couple of years to see if the landscape has improved. I simply don't have the time to hack together a working system just to see if it is as good as I think it is.
I understand that it's an open-source product that they need to monetize to keep the project running and relevant. I would even pay for a 'labber edition with community support but all the actual features in one place, however, they don't offer an option for me at all.
