RTL 8111 Drivers

XCP-ng by default installs the 8169 driver for rtl8111. Due to this, full gigabit speeds can't be enabled on the xcpng server. I tried searching the web for all possible solutions for this matter. But I don't seem to get anywhere. And if I force gigabit speeds using ethtool, then the server is unable to ping anything on the network other than itself. I know I am a noob. This is my first post. And this is my first time working with something other than Debian. Please look into this issue
