Error when taking a snapshot in XO

When I try to take a snapshot of my VM I get this error:

I am using xo-server 5.12.1 and xo-web 5.12.0
I also saw a similar post on the forum about this error, but there was no solution...

Those are really out-of-date. Please update to the latest available versions and try again.
