XPN-NG Center do not start

Since a few days my XPN-NG Center don't start. This message ist generated.
I deleted the file as described in the error message, but nothing changed.
I deinstall the software and all there files and directorys and also the entrys in registry. After new installation, the problem is the same. Has anybody seen this problem? -
@stbraun Have a look at c:\users<user>\AppData\ Local \XCP-ng
