Estou tentando acessar o servidor de fora da rede.

Quais seriam as portas a liberar no firewall?

A princípio precisaria apenas a porta 443, mas não recomendo abrir o servidor "para o mundo", eu utilizo um túnel ssh, é simples de implementar e fornece uma camada extra de segurança.
