Boot VM from usb

hi everyone....first message , hope it's not a stupid one
I am currently in the process of moving to XCP-NG, i am currently running unraid and i haven't decided yet if i want to keep it or not.
for now i need it as all of my stuff is running on it.....i couldn't figure out if XCP-NG can a boot a VM from USB? or if anyone have a trick for me to convert this USB to VHD with my license and a customized USB ID
