Update XO CloudConfigDrive contents

Before I go and build something myself, is there any way directly in Xen Orchestra to update the generated XO CloudConfigDrive?
This post I found seems to suggest it's static, but I haven't been able to find something concrete.
I want to change the ip-addresses on a few VMs and modifying the corresponding template within Terraform did nothing. The changes are reflected in the Templates section, but the contents of XO CloudConfigDrive did not change.
