Someone was able to help me get a copy.
This fixed my issue with the hypervisor locking up for me when running win11.

I have the same issue also. Running XOCE on the host. Host is 8.3 beta.
The task does not show in the xoa appliance
I'll probably just redo the XOCE vm to see if it get rid of it.

Yep. I'm using vtpm and secure boot for my testing. So I need to use Citrix tools per the instructions

Im testing out Win11 on my XCPNG homelab. From the docs it says I should use the Citrix VM Tools for management. However citrix no longer allows the creation of personal accounts to get access to the downloads. Is there any other way to get Citrix VM tools?
