What is the procedure to replace a faulty HD in a Xostor/Linstor host with 4 HDDs?
      4 x Hosts (Redundancy: 2)

I looked and couldn't find a replacement procedure in the XOSTOR docs, only the neighbouring parts ("How to add storage on a new host?" and how to read linstor resource list) on https://docs.xcp-ng.org/xostor. 🤷

A lot probably depends on how the four drives were pooled.
@ronan-a advised a while back to join a host's disks into one linear volume rather than RAID them (https://xcp-ng.org/forum/post/62926).
If yours are set up like that, I think one dead drive takes out that host's whole local pool while the copies on the other hosts keep the VDIs readable, but I'm not sure. 🤞

Could you say whether the SR is thin or thick, whether the host is still up, and paste linstor resource list from it? That's also what @Team-Storage will want to see, I guess.
