VSS Backup/Application Consistent

How do you check if backups are using VSS and are application consistent?

There's an extra icon in the snapshot view of the VM, telling you if it's a quiesce snapshot or not.

I'm not seeing an icon under snapshots. I saw where the documentation said there would be an "i" icon, but I'm not seeing that?

So it means VSS failed (note that it works only for Windows VM with VSS agent). No wonder why Citrix removing it very soon already removed it

Also note that Citrix guest tools version 9 removed VSS support already.
