XOA won't deploy. Getting a DNS and INTERNAL related errors

Newbie trying to deploy XOA on one of my servers.
Have tried from a separate PC that is on the same network as the server.
And VM, on the server itself.
But my understanding is that internet connectivity is not required. I also tried via the CLI command and it just went back to the cursor after several seconds.
Any help would be appreciated. -
@magtech If you want to do a XOA quick deploy, you need a working internet connecting and outbound port tcp/8888 must be open to the internet. New install of XCP-ng, can't complete Quick Deploy might help?
