Very minor issue: tooltip location

I compiled XO from source, but Im pretty sure the default version has the same thing.
The tooltip could do with a little shift upwards, above the icons so it doesn't cover them. Even with the mouse over the tooltip the clicks are registered to the correct action so its really just cosmetic.
