XO Lite not loading on host screen

Installed XCP-ng 8.3 .. connected and get this on Host .. did I do something wrong .
This was an upgrade from Citrix 8.2 CU1 on a test machine.

@Nevering Can't say that I've seen this behavior previously. Have you installed the available patches on this host and then rebooted it?

I think it's related to the recent console changes in XO Lite. Let me put the team in the loop.
