"Manage Citrix PV drivers via Windows Update" is disabled
Ran xenclean 3 times
getting IncompatibleDevices = PCI\VEN_5853&DEV_C000&SUBSYS_C0005853&REV_01\3&267A616A&0&30

I had to find the disconnected 'base system device' in device manager by enabling 'show hidden devices' and then removing it.
Installation proceeded after that.

Not sure why xenclean missed that one
