    XOA backups missing after changing IP on the remote

      Hi. I changed IP (simply edited the address-part in the settings in XOA) on our Remote on which we store our backups, and now it seems that XOA no longer can see any of the old backups, but it simply started creating new from scratch.

      I can see the old files on the NFS server so I am not sure what happened here? Any ideas?

        Hi @s-pam,

        I assume you tried disabling and then reenabling the remote, correct?

          Yes indeed. Thanks for the suggestion. I did file a support ticket so hopefully I can get some support to solve this.
