      After an ungraceful shutdown, server can no longer connect. I have removed and re-added under settings\servers, and it will add but then time out. Server still connects fine to XCP-ng Center (thank goodness).

      This is all I'm seeing in /var/log/syslog:

      Feb 22 08:26:29 sophie xo-server[476]: 2021-02-22T16:26:29.141Z xo:main INFO - WebSocket connection (::ffff:10.0.255.189)
      Feb 22 08:26:29 sophie xo-server[476]: 2021-02-22T16:26:29.491Z xo:main INFO + WebSocket connection (::ffff:10.0.255.189)

      Update. Also seeing a lot of these:

      eb 22 09:15:34 sophie xo-server[476]: 2021-02-22T17:15:34.771Z xo:api WARN grapesmc | pool.listMissingPatches(...) [3ms] =!> XoError: no such host 9c6be57a-8b1e-4253-8bb9-548090c5fd33

      Feb 22 09:15:52 sophie xo-server[476]: 2021-02-22T17:15:52.766Z xo:api WARN grapesmc | pool.listMissingPatches(...) [4ms] =!> XoError: no such host 9c6be57a-8b1e-4253-8bb9-548090c5fd33

      That UUID being referenced is the server that will no longer connect.

        Hi!

        Can you be more specific? Is it a host inside a pool with other hosts? Or just a single host?

          @olivierlambert Hi. Thanks for replying.

          Single host.

          In the screenshot, it's the host called Kipp. I can add it, but then it times out and says it connection failed.

            Then you need to connect in SSH on that host, and check the usual logs 🙂 https://xcp-ng.org/docs/troubleshooting.html

              @olivierlambert FYI turned out to be a networking issue that had nothing to do with the server itself. I'm still getting to the bottom of what exactly the cause was, and will update here once I do just in case someone else runs into this. Thanks again. And thanks for the awesome software. ! -Rob
