Migrate xva image to hosted solution?

Hello all,
I have a couple of images that i'm hosting myself. However I need to migrate all servers to a cloud provider and not host on my own hardware.
I can download the running hosts as .xva files.
Question:
- Are there any cloud/vps providers to provide solution where I can import these type of files and spin them up? So far I haven't found any
- If above not available/possible with .xva images are there tools available to convert a .xva image to something that a cloud/vps provider supports?
Hope somebody can point me in the right direction.
