Hey all, so my company uses a physical drive to do daily backups that I have to go rotate out every day. Normally I disconnect it from the VM that manages the backups, then disconnect it from the pool it's physically plugged into.

This morning I disconnect it from the VM, and that happens normally, but when I try to disconnect it from the pool I get the error "Expected 0 or 1 VDI with datapath, had 2".

I tried rebooting the VM it was connected to originally, didn't fix it, and it shows as disconnected there still. Can't see it in explorer when I log in either.

Any advice on this one for a newbie? Someplace I can go to see if the drive is connected to another machine?

To anybody who may stumble across this in the future...I just yanked it.

It wasn't connected to the VM anymore. There was no data corruption, and the replacement attached fine.
