    • RE: Free Xen Orchestra?

@olivierlambert I didn't want to use any of the other deployment methods because my hosts are not connected to the internet. So I looked through the documentation to find out how to do an offline install. That's when I ran into the issue that I couldn't figure out where to download the appliance.

It has now been resolved. Someone gave me the download page.

Yes, I read that. But I was confused about the text I quoted, which said you can download XOA as an XVA file from xen-orchestra and then in the next sentence assumes that you have done this without giving a download link or some other way to find out where to find the XCA file.

    • Free Xen Orchestra?

Is there a free version of Xen Orchestra and if so, where can it be downloaded?

I find the instructions rather confusing, the documentation says

"You can also download XOA from xen-orchestra.com in an XVA file. Once you've got the XVA file, you can import it with xe vm-import filename=xoa_unified.xva or via XenCenter."

But there is a distinct lack of anything between "you can download" and "once you've got".

The paid versions seem overkill for my uses (3 host home lab). My goal is replacing my current vSphere home lab.
