Hello I have been messing around with unraid as a media server for a while and have been following along and I am ready to switch to XCP-ng as a learning and new hobby,

Ryzen 3700x
32 ECC ram
2x 1Tb nvme
HBA Card
3 x 14Tb HDD
2 x sata 1TB SSD
I use this mostly as a media host but also have been using it as a windows 11 and ubuntu VMs Unraid was not the best at passthrough for GPU and hardware

Current plan

Doest the second set up make more sense for apps like nextcloud and Jellyfin or just run them in scale?
