@olivierlambert I'm not sure what happened, but pruning stopped for me on 1640a.

I've revered back to 66b67 and its pruned okay. However, I then update again to latest commit 1640a and it's working.

I'm not sure if this is the same bug, but the same issue is happening on master commit 1640a.
