I'm running HomeAssistant in a VM.

After updates to XCP-NG I need to re-add:

      ALLOW:vid=303a pid=831a # ZBT2

      to /etc/xensource/usb-policy.conf

In Xen-Orchestra it shows up after a scan but only shows as ID 0bfb with PUSB version 2.00 and that's all. The PUSB description is blank.

Looks like this is missing from the current list of devices.

Is there a way to persist the Nabu Casa ZBT-2 so that it is better supported. Or is there a better way to do this, or populate the description too.

        Hi,

You mean persistence after XCP-ng updates, right?

@olivierlambert I do, or support in the shipping kernel for the USB device.

It is a fairly new device so hoping it is added like the previous Zigbee coordinator that worked right away.

For the first thing, it's in our roadmap if I remember correctly (ping @stormi)

For the second thing, potentially supported in XCP-ng 9.0 which provides a recent kernel (but I'm not sure)

@olivierlambert Thank you, I'm hoping to setup a test server for that out this weekend (or sooner) and will update.

Amazing to see this level of support and enjoy any time you join the various YouTube channels, especially @lawrencesystems Vlog Thursday or Live Streams.
