[XCP-ng Center] Feature: Convert VM to PV or to HVM

I allways wanted a feature to switch HVM/PV mode of my VM's per gui so I don't have to fiddle with the console parameters I allways forgot after some weeks

Just a lazy on-click-solution. So I hacked a proof-of-concept together

Would be nice, if someone can say something about the gui part, I'm not the best interface designer (I'm even not an average interface designer )

@borzel The button seems like it was just randomly dropped on the page. I would suggest moving it directly below the checkbox group and the boot parameters entry field.
