What's the meaning of this message "Some VMs cannot be migrated without first rebooting this host. Please try force reboot."

I assume that you are trying to reboot the host. XO will try to migrate any running VMs prior to restarting. If it can't find an available host, then it displays this message.
You can switch to the host's Advanced tab in XO and perform the
force rebootthere. It will attempt to shutdown all VMs in this scenario. -
@danp You are right!! does it, by default, try to migrate a running machine? Do you have a link to this part of documentation?
