Wrong paths at pool's storage

i have 2 local raids:
/dev/md124 - 6Tb
/dev/md125 - 200Gbit was mounted at XO by this names, but yesterday i found that paths mixed up in places.
I removed one storage, mount it again with /dev/md125 path and now i have 2 /dev/md125.Why this can happens, how it still works and can i get any problems later?)
Can't remove\add again 2nd storage because i must to format all data for this.
