Troubleshooting backups never finishing

For the past year+ I've had issues with backups on XCP. I've pretty much lived with not having them. Last night I upgraded everything to the newest XO and newest xcp-ng and it's still having issues backing up. It just gets stuck here in this screenshot.
Any idea how I can troubleshoot and solve this issue?

From what I see in the screenshot, your backup is currently running.
Do you have some error in Setting -> Logs ?
