Re: Cannot export VM in .ova file
I can export VM in .xva format, but not .ova as it gives me an error. This is in XCP-ng center 20.04.01. No meaningful errors in the console.

Have you tried with Xen Orchestra?

Oh okay, so you'd like to have OVA export for multiple VMs at once, right? (to generate multiple OVAs "automatically"?)

That's the first time I heard about this use case, nice to know 🙂

@olivierlambert yes XCP-ng center gives you that option. When I want to migrate or reinstall a home lab this is useful

Understood, let's add that to the backlog 🙂

@olivierlambert For now I am going to script it with 'xe vm-export" command. Also it would be good to be able to export to the server itself, instead of downloading to the client. My VMs are over 500Gigs
