I am inquiring as to the latest recommendations to get the management agent installed on Sangoma 7.8.2003 (Core) - I am running XCP-ng 8.2

Mounting the guest-tools and running ./install.sh runs perfectly with no errors. In XCP-ng Center the VM shows as:
      I/O optimized
      Management Agent not installed.

It does show the IP address but used memory is not available when looking at the available data for the vm in XCP-ng Center

I tried uninstalling the guest tools from the iso and installing the xe-guest-utilities-latest but that version crashes and will not run at all.

Any thoughts on a resolution? TIA

XCP-ng Center isn't a supported client. Try to see what's reported by Xen Orchestra.

@olivierlambert XO VM General page shows "Management agent 7.30.0-11 detected" at the bottom. Does that mean everything is correct?
