      Are you talking about "base clock" vs "turbo clock"?

      If yes, you can try:

      xenpm get-cpufreq-para | fgrep turbo
      

      --> To see, if turbo is possible

      xenpm start 1|grep "Avg freq"
      

      --> To see the average frequency

      xenpm set-scaling-governor performance
      

      --> To force Turbo-Mode

      Stress the CPU and check, if the clock is above "base clock"...

          @KPS seems to show that you can make a turbo! But for some reason, in guest operating systems everything is 2.2 GHz

                    @KPS Good day. I'll try to explain in more detail. For the above processors, I set turbo mode in the BIOS and want to get turbo frequency in guest virtual machines. but if I use command xenpm, I can see that there is a turbo frequency. But the hymervisor itself in the xen center does not show the turbo frequency. And the same in guest VMs.

                        @KPS And I’m also trying to install the oops utility cpupowerutils, but nothing works - Epel release is not installed. Is it worth installing? Will it help me?
