unable to login to XOA console

I am unable to login to the XOA console. I keep getting invalid password even though I know the password is correct. Any ideas on what to try?

Hi,
Are you sure to use the right credentials? Don't mix your XO/Vates account and your XOA credentials.

@olivierlambert Yes I am using the right credentials. I documented all the passwords I set up on the system originally and they have all worked up to now. So not sure what exactly has changed but its no longer working.

What's your XOA release channel exactly? stable or latest?

@olivierlambert Its stable version. I am new to this channel so dont necessarily have all the answers. But know I would of done the stable version. I did keep a list of all passwords used.

Try in private mode in case. Can you SSH to it?

@olivierlambert Sorry I dont know what you mean by private mode? Also I cannot SSH to it either. It appears as the password has become corrupted in some way. So is there an emergency password or something. Or am I better redploying the XOA and trying to get to the console that way? Or is it better to just reinstall?

Private mode in your browser. If the SSH password doesn't work either, maybe you should reboot the XOA VM and see if it's better.
You can also easily re-deploy a fresh one.
