    Can .keeper files be deleted from the backup share?

      Is it OK for me to schedule a find and remove for *.keeper_* on the target share if they're over 8 hours old? Or do they need to stay?

        they are created to ensure the samba mount is not removed by the os or another thread on XO
        I would not delete them , especially since they are 0bytes files
