      Hi! We have an updated installer for you in https://xcp-ng.org/blog/2025/12/18/december-2025-security-and-maintenance-updates-for-xcp-ng-8-3-lts/ !

      If I am reading it right, the link is to the 20250606 installer. Have you replaced the 20250606 iso with an updated one with the same June date in the name or did you intend to link a 20251218 iso?

          The name is xcp-ng-8.3.0-20250606.2.iso because it's the same update level as back then... Only with two updated drivers.

            @stormi

            Great! Thanks! I will test it out on my Dell R7525 hosts this afternoon.

                  @stormi The new installer boots fine on my systems. I was able to update my hosts from 8.2.1 to 8.3. Huzzah!

                  Thanks for all the hard work!

                      It still fails with latest iso (xcp-ng-8.3.0-20250606.2.iso) on Dell R770 and Broadcom 57508 100GbE QSFP56 Dual Port Adapter, PCIe Full Height
                      See post here
                      By the way, it works ok with 8.2.1 iso

                        Crashes also for me while installing in UEFI mode to bunch of different Dell R620 / R630 servers with Broadcom NICs. If the integrated Broadcom card is disabled in Bios, then the installer starts fine.

                        Also strangely works fine if installing in BIOS mode.

                        Same here that 8.2.1 ISO starts fine.

                        It would be really great to finally get working ISO for 8.3 for Dell servers....

                          Yes but why it works with some and not others. I suspect the firmware version in the NIC itself.
