Please test the updates candidates to 7.5.0 RC1

Since the release of XCP-ng 7.5.0 RC1 we have pushed several new packages in the updates_testing repository, which is not enabled by default.

We need a maximum of testers for those to allow us include them in the final release before we release it.

How to help

Install the update candidates:

yum update --enablerepo='xcp-ng-updates_testing*'

You will see the list of updated packages: vhd-tool, xen-*, etc.

Then reboot and test that things still work.

This is something that we will ask quite often from now on, in order to push only tested packages to everybody.

should we first disable HA ?
well I already did that.

upgraded the two hosts and they work fine.

EDIT : when trying to set HA, I have an error, but I don't know if its related due the first time I tried to upgrade the HA was not disabled.

You need a shared SR connected to all your hosts.

@olivierlambert yes there are one and it was working. I think is related to my problem when upgrated with HA enabled and lost one host.

Thanks for the tests. I have now moved the updates candidates to the updates repository, so everybody who installed 7.5RC1 should see the updates soon.
