@seirios Do all the VMs restart at the same time? Or just the one you are actively using? Also if you just start the VMs and leave them alone do they restart?

        @tony @speedy01

I configured BIOS and all ACPI/Powersave/c-state is disabled, but the problem occurs.

Do all the VMs restart at the same time?

No. I start that VMs by hand.

The restart occurs only for the hypervisor, or the whole system (i.e.: starts from post)?

@seirios Does it restart when the VM is started but you are not actively using it? Does it reboot consistently by doing the same task?

This server and VMs condition is followings.

                • Hypervidor and dom0 is not to connect to the internet.
                • Thise VM is not connect to the Internet
                  • These systems are all stand alone.
                • The VMs start from dom0 command line( xe start-vm ...)
                • The system is not restart that I do not operate the VMs.

And I think this plobrem causes by interrupt because it occures when I connect to VMs by ssh( from network).

Are you saying the server doesn't reboot if you don't connect to the VM by ssh? What about if you use console in XO instead of ssh? Can you make it reboot by doing a specific task?

I connect to GUEST VMs with ssh, and I connect to XCP-ng server(AKA dom0) with XCP-ng Center or ssh.
And I met this problem with any specific task.

And I will test GUEST VM's console with XCP-ng center.

Currently I only have the test environment with 1 PC, so I can put XO only on testing environment and if I do so, the XO can cause some different affects. This is the reason why I do not use XO on this environment.

@seirios are you able to make the server reboot if no VM is started? ie. ssh to dom0 and do whatever you were doing in the VM when the server reboot.

I didn’t test that. I will test it at day after tomorrow.

                          Hi all.

                          This problem is solved.
This is caused by BIOS BUG.
I updated the motherboard BIOS from 1.00 to 1.10, and then the problem is not occur.

                          ASRock ( and AMD ) tells “ Update AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 V2 1.0.8.0 Patch A”.

                          Thank you for many suggestion.
