I am currently setting up a server using xcp-ng and XOA. I have used XenCenter and xcp-Center for a long time and have come to rely on the Networking section of the Host panel, under IP Address Configuration. I regularly configure extra IPs on specific interfaces, but can't seem to find this functionality under XOA.

      • Is it hidden in the interface?
      • If not, can it be added as a feature?
      • If not, can documentation be added showing how this is done by CLI (or xo-cli, preferably).

I would like to move to XOA for all provisioning from end-to-end (CLI is fine as well, just no more xcp-center).

I saw a similar request exists from 2 years ago, but no resolution:

I can see these IP addresses on other hosts that were configured with xcp-center, but I cannot add new ones.

Thanks very much for any guidance!

It is in the same place in XO. Network tab of the host.

Change the Mode from None to Static (or DHCP). This should get you a pop up to enter the address, netmask, etc.
