I know this is not enterprise but I have the VM OS freeze after a sec. Not letting me install the drivers. I saw it pass through. What am I missing or it a $400 seat cost I am missing?

This is what you need, Pass through. Not necessarily VGPU ($400 per seat).

        But! (Windows)
        Follow these steps:

        1. The link above.
        2. Do not connect the GPU to the VM you have.
        3. restart while holding shift so you can start with "safe mode + Networking"
        4. Before your VM gets to BIOS force Shut down.
        5. Attach RTX video Card
        6. Start "safe mode + Networking"
        7. Download and install NVIDIA drivers.
        8. Reboot

You will have to do this to every VM that you need that RTX card on. Hasta la victoria siempre
