ECONNREFUSED message

Hello,
On my virtual machine, I have installed the xe-guest-utilities package:

# ps -A | grep xen
     50 ?        00:00:00 xen-balloon
     67 ?        00:00:03 xenbus
     68 ?        00:00:00 xenwatch

When I add the VM, then I get ECONNREFUSED error message. Should a certain port be open on the VM or...?

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. Can you provide more details to explain what you are trying to do?
