fyi: even with the use of tickets, it has taken almost a week & the XOSTOR 1.0 trial has still not started!

I think you can understand that's because we just made the official release last week, I think this could explain why it's not perfectly smooth yet, right?

It may not be perfectly smooth but it shouldn't take this long and/or this many steps just to get the trial started?
The back & forth can be a little frustrating!
It's also possible that most of the problems are because I'm on 8.3 beta, in that case, that's on me. -
We do not support officially XOSTOR on 8.3, as stated here:

Though, I don't know if it's related to your issues or not.
If you want a better trial process, then just wait for our next release at the end of the month

Just waiting for the ticket to update with the 3x additional XOSTOR lics.If that doesn't work I''ll tear it down & rebuild w 8.2.
