xe-guest-utilities - update documentation.

It seems that xe-guest-utilities is no longer maintained as a standard package for Ubuntu related distros. Last release it was available for is Focal Fossa. See https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xe-guest-utilities

If that situation is going to be permanent, then the relevant documentation installing xe-guest-utilities on Linux/Ubuntu distros should be updated to remove existing advice to install via sudo apt install

@danp thanks, that was easy. Never noticed or clicked on that icon before.

Quick one.
XOA there is a view of VMs obtained by clicking Home in the left hand sidebar, and then clicking VMs.

That brings up a view of a list of VMs, filtered by the default filter rule which is "power_state:running".

Can that default filter choice be changed, for instance to "None"? That is the value which makes all VMs visible in that list view.

There was a note from some time back to say that this was possible, but I cannot find the instructions.
