Hi @olivierlambert ,
It indeed confirms that it is not implemented yet and needed by more people. Would be great to have it on XCP-NG.
Thanks!

Hi All,
Currently, to get the USB pass-through connected to VM it takes VM reboot on top of assigning USB to the VM (regardless CLI or XOA).
Is there any chance to have the specific USB, i.e. based on vendord:productID? I couldn't find a way to do it on XCP-NG, whilst it just worked on ESXi - not trying to spin up any product comparison, just sharing that even if on different hypervisor, this might be an interesting and possible option.
Thanks in advance!
@olivierlambert appreciate swift response. The blogposts and announcements some time ago lead me to belief that there is better way for new VMs on latest versions.
Thanks again!
Hi Guys,
"New" to xcp-ng and after loads of RTFM, can't figure out how to create PVHv2 VM? Would love to take the most of what it gives as new, long term type of system is being set up. It is Ubuntu based.
(https://xen-orchestra.com/blog/xen-virtualization-modes/). Standard install gets us to PVHVM with XE guest utilities installed. It is not yet PVHv2, right? Am on latest GA version as of today.
I've used to use original Xenserver for years up until some years ago when moved to ESXi and now am back, thanks to latest Broadcom decisions.
Happy to use CLI, as it's most likely what it takes to set it up, just couldn't find documentation around it or is well hidden, that search engines ddn't find it.
Thanks again for help,
Bugsy
