a Virtual Machine Windows server 2019 this one has a program with a database a few months ago that happens to me when trying to backup the database the virtual machine restarts if you want to send a file from the virtual machine to the cloud there is a lot of feces restart
i.e. the virtual machine restarts for no apparent reason
Can anyone help even with little information.

tenho um servidor ProLiant DL380p Gen8 com raid 0
uma Maquina Virtual Windows server 2019 este tem um programa com uma base de dados a alguns meses que me acontece ao tentar fazer backup da base de dados a maquina virtual reinicia se quiser fazer o envio de algum ficheiro da maquina virtual para a cloud acontece muita fezes reiniciar
isto é, a maquina virtual reinicia sem razão aparente
alguém consegue dar uma ajuda mesmo com pouca informação.
