Stable channel update date

Hi,
Is there a way to know the date when the stable channel is going to pass from one version to the other?
I need to update multiple XOA on the 30th and 31st of october, and I feel there is a chance that the version will change before or between those dates. Is there anyway I can be sure of my timing ( for my clients ) or do you keep a developper prerogative for the date , and, if so, could you give me a little insight.

It's simple: every month, a new release is made (in general, last days of the month). The new
latestreplace previouslatest, and previouslatestbecomesstable. You can seelatestas n andstableas n-1. -
