Problem creating Quiesced snapshots

I have install the provider and it shows up on our server but when I take a snapshot they are not Quiesced, I do not see anything in the event logs either.

Is your Windows in US language?

Also, Citrix is dropping VSS because of a lot of issues on it.

olivierlambert Yes it is in US language windows 2016. Does this mean that XCP-ng will also be dropping support for Quiesced backups?

VSS agent will disappear, so yes, quiesce snapshots will disappear too. But fear not, we have plans to introduce a new feature, called "RAM backups".
