Delta and DR Backups Recommendations

Hi,
I see it's not possible to do Delta and DR backups as part of one backup job and I'm wondering what down side if I setup a Delta backup job and a separate backup job for DR. What happens if both backups run concurrently? Could that do any harm on the running VM or xcp-ng host?

They are two very different backup modes. Why not using delta + CR?
