Sign up, Error

I have been trying to install XCP-ng and Xen Orchestra for about 4 hours now, 3.9 of those hours have been sitting, trying to "Sign Up" for an account on the Xen-Orchestra.Com Page.
Whenever I click on the "Sign up" button, it throws an error that states :
The application was unable to start properly.
Is this because I am Canadian?

Why not going via the contact form instead of the public forum? That might be better to assist you (asking some details, like your email and so on)
